Quilt show

We kept ourselves busy in September until Nancy's cousin arrived from Canada later in the month by running regularly, attending local quilt shows, etc.

Pearl Beach

In mid-September, we flew down to Pearl Beach, New South Wales, to see Jenny, Dave, Robin and Phil all of whom Nancy  worked with during her first exhange in Goulburn in 1992.  We had a great weekend visiting, eating and doing a bit of bushwalking and sightseeing.  It was great to see them all again!

Bridge to Bisbane 10k fun run

On September 1, we ran a 10k fun run, the Bridge to Brisbane, along with 41,000 other people. Lesson learned - a runner I am not!  Nevertheless it was fun and a great experience.
